Olive Oil does it really make your hair grow and moisturize it?

I was reading an article that suggested adding olive oil or castor oil to your hair to help it grow. I was thinking of adding a small amount to my cholesterol when I treat my hair. Is this a good idea or just going to make my hair greasy?

yes it is very good

it will moist your hair and make it so healthy and strong

Depends on your hair type and texture. Some people need oils and for them yes it is good. Olive and Castor oil are both good.

i dont no.but i hope it does help.

I grow my hair out every three years(usually long enough to sit on) then cut it all off to donate to locks of love. Here’s what works for me.

1. I wash my hair no more than 2 times per week
(natural oils are the best thing in the world for your hair)

2. When I do wash my hair, I wash/rinse and wash/rinse then load my hair down with conditioner from scalp to tip and run a brush through it.

3. Let it air dry
(dry heat is the worst thing for you hair)

4. No tight ponytails! This causes bad breakage

eww, what is that girl talking about??
who would only wash there hair twice a week, that’s nasty!

The woman is right it is not good to wash your hair more than three times a week…. although I do. But she is growing her hair out for locks of love and obviously you don’t know what that is . More power to you sister… so before you go criticizing other people for what they do maybe you need to
Look in the mirror!!!
