Okay, I have talapia fillets that come breaded in a kinda lemon, sea salt, cracked pepper?
I am a really good cook, but I am leary on what to do with this, cause we don’t like the breading at all. What do you think, take it off? It is frozen, so I thought I would thaw and remove, but bake? fry? Not really sure. Our friend gave us a whole bag cause they knew talapia is one of my favorite fish. They did not like the seasoning either.

I bet you could take it off with a pearing knife, the breading that is.
I’ve had it baked and fried. Baked is obviously a little healtheir but both are great.
I would remove the breading and fry it. That would be good.
Try baking and taste them you might change your mind and like them. The lemon is already in the fish, and so is the salt and pepper. I would try removing what I can before baking.
Good Luck.
i would scrape it off and sautee it with salsa fresca because it will blend well with the lemon and pepper that have most likely incorporated with the fish and make some fish tacos with goat cheese and cabbage on grilled corn tortillas…perhaps a chipotle aoli too
