nuts for african grey?

i know that nuts should be fed in moderation and i know that hazelnut,pine nuts,brazil nuts,pecans are good how about soy nuts,and what shouldnt i give him in the way of other foods.i am a new owner and cant find a good list online so if you know please let me know…thanks!

Make sure the nuts are not salted. Salt is bad for birds.

My Grey loves Almonds in the shell. Goes crazy for them. Cannot give them or should not give them salty, sugary, foods. Of course no alcohol or chocolate. Never give avocado as can be toxic to them. My boy loves boiled eggs in moderation, chicken boiled, pasta with plain tomato sauce, for a treat a frosted mini wheat, cheerios, loves frozen veggies I rinse salt off if any in them. Love raw carrots more than any other treats. Also love treats get in pet store called yogurt dips.
