Does anyone know these True/False Question??
The more liquid the fat/oil is, the more saturated the fatty acids are. True or False ____1____.

1 = false
2 = firstly, saturated fats do not raise LDL cholesterol levels, no respected research has ever found this.
3 = sat fats and dietary cholesterol have no influence on blood cholesterol at all.
Try and get hold of a copy of “The great cholesterol con” by Anthony Colpo, it tells you everything you want to know about cholesterol, and disproves all the cholesterol myths out there.
