Need Simple Recipe that only requires a few ingredients?



Whats your favorite Recipe to cook that only requires a few ingerdients. I love to cook and I just moved out of my parents house into my own house and I am trying to save money bc i haven’t received any bills and i want to make sure i have enough saved up to pay for them so I only bought necessary items from the grocery. So if you know of a simple recipe please share!!

Crispy chicken……. ingredients:
1-chicken breast
2-eggs
3-bread crust( acculy there is something i dont know its name in english like hard bred with sesemy on it and usually dipped in tea)
4-flour
5-red wine(additional)

way to prepare:
1-put the chicken breast in the red whine for 20 mins
2-mix chicken with eggs and flour
3-dip them in the crust till they covered
4- fry them for 30 mins till they are redy
5-put them in a bread for a sandwitch!

Beans and rice. You can soak the beans in water overnight and put them on the stove to boil the shut off the stove and add a lid and let sit for an hour. You can add other veggies if you like. Ramen noodles there is a cookbook on these. A loaf of bread and peanut butter.

“Simple Lemon Herb Chicken

Ready In: 25 Minutes
Servings: 2
“Chicken seared in lemon and herbs proves that good taste does not always depend on a lot of ingredients.”
Ingredients:
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch dried oregano
2 sprigs fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Cut lemon in half, and squeeze juice from 1/2 lemon on chicken. Season with salt to taste. Let sit while you heat oil in a small skillet over medium low heat.
2. When oil is hot, put chicken in skillet. As you saute chicken, add juice from other 1/2 lemon, pepper to taste, and oregano. Saute for 5 to 10 minutes each side, or until juices run clear. Serve with parsley for garnish.”

Roast Beef covered with dry onion soup mix. You can cook in a crock pot, stew pot, on top of stove or in the oven according to regular directions.

Here’s a delicious recipe that’s cheap and easy.

Chicken Scallopine

1 lb chicken
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
2 cans tomato sauce
1 tbs olive oil
Bread/rolls

Cut chicken into 1 inch chunks.
Dice the onion, cut the peppers into strips.
Saute the onion to carmelize then add chicken to brown (season to taste). When chicken is starting to darken add pepper strips to the pan, saute 2 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce to a pot and add everything from the saute pan. Cover and cook on med-low heat 25 minutes, salt and pepper to taste and serve on bread or rolls.

Chicken with diced tomatoes

One large boneless, skinless chicken breast
one can of diced tomatoes w/green chilies

Dump the can of tomatoes on the chicken breast and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

You can buy a cheap bag or box of chicken flavored noodles to go with it. It’s really good. I made this last night.

My very favorite meal in the world has just 3 dishes, each of them with no more than 4 ingredients (some of which overlap): Cheeseburger with baked potato and salad.

Cheeseburger:
Sprinkle both sides of a beef patty with salt and pepper. (Garlic powder optional.)
Cook in a frying pan or on a charcoal grill until it reaches the desired doneness, turning frequently. (You should cook it on low heat, and flip it every time the juice start bubbling out of the top.)
Put a slice of cheese on top. If pan-frying, pour a small amount of cold water (about 1/8 cup) into the pan. Cover with a lid and wait until cheese is melted (about 1 minute).
May be served on a bun with burger condiments, but if your budget won’t stretch to hamburger buns, pickles, onions, mayo, etc, then just eat it like a steak with a knife and fork.

Salad:
Wash a couple of leaves each of lettuce and cabbage. Slice or tear into bite-size pieces.
Dice one hard-boiled egg.
Toss together the lettuce, cabbage, and egg. Drizzle with your favorite salad dressing.

Baked potato:
Wash potato and make a cross or X in the skin with a knife.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes until soft.
Serve with butter or margarine. If you wish, you may add either sour cream or plain yogurt. Salt and pepper to taste.

I could eat it every night of the week without complaining!
