My diet and exercise plan?



Okay so for the past week I haven’t eaten any junk food and I have been exercising but I havent seen the weight loss results I was expecting. I was expecting to lose atleast 5 pounds…but I only lost 4. I am 23 years old. I am 5’9 and weigh 189. I want to weight about 150

BREAKFAST
-1 carnation breakfast drink (no sugar added brand)
-1 banana
OR
-2 eggs
-1 bread (nothing added)

SNACK #1
-one orange
-half red pepper

LUNCH
-celery with peanut butter
-yogurt

DINNER
-salad (chicken,chickpeas, lettuce, celery, green peppers)

SNACK #2
-any vegetable
-orange

I change up the fruit/vegetables here and there but eat them in the same amount.

I exercised 6 days last week. One hour of cardio each day and roughtly 20-30 mins of weight trianing (alternating upper and lower body). I do 40 mins on the elliptical and 20 mins on a stationary bike. What am I doing wrong? Am i eating the wrong foods or not exercising enough? I have so much weight to lsoe so i expected to lose more than the average 1-2 a week.
