My bf just switched to an all new diet, he didn’t eat so well, and weighs around 245 and is 6 ft?
He now eats sushi once a day, millet bread and grilled chicken and salad. And eats only twice a day but now has gained 10 lbs in 3 days. Does anyone know why this is happening? Because of such a severe change in diet? Any insight would be appreciated, thank you!

he needs to 86 the bread and eat at least 3 meals a day with 2 small snacks between them. healthy meals are like:
breakfast
4 cooked egg whites
1/2 whole oatmeal
1 orange
snack
1 medium apple & 1 tablespoon peanut butter
lunch
4-6 oz. lean poultry
1 cup lentil soup
small mixed green salad
snack
2 oz. beef jerkey
dinner
4 oz. fish
1-2 cups steamed veggies
small green salad
snack
1/2 – 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
He needs to do more physical activities. Running, or walking at least. I’m 6 ft 1in, and i used to weigh over 250. Now i weigh 198. I go to the gym and try to run at least 2-3 miles a day, and that helped out alot.
