Light Vanilla soy milk is not completely white?
I used to drink the regular soy milk and recently got the “light” kind. I left it sealed in the refrigerator for about a week and a half then opened it. It is not bright white like regular; it is a little off white. The “use by” date is not until december. I was wondering if it is still good.

It should last pretty much forever even when you open it. Pour some in a glass…if it pours ok and smells ok then sip a little bit. You will soon know. Usually if its off it goes cluggy. also it is often offwhite so don’t worry about that.
It depends on the brand. I’ve used several brands of soy milk – plain & vanilla flavored. Most are off white.
