I’ve been eating healthy for 1 week but feel tired and bloated in stomach area what is going on?
breakfast organic rolled oats with hot water little bit of skim milk and banana
organic goji berries in hot water for tea
snack apple
lunch whole wheat pita tuna wrap with raw veggies and mustard (no mayo or dressing) or quinoa and kidney beans with spinach or brocalli
snack apple or grapefruit
dinner huge salad with raw veggies and 2 boiled egg whites.
Could it be my colon? should I be doing a cleanse instead.
I’m 5’6 140 (gained 15 pounds in the last year)
ok so I started drinking more water, taking multi vitamins and adding more iron and protein to my diet and it worked….the bloating is gone and I don’t feel so tired thanks guys I really appreciate the advise I feel great

you might be getting to much fiber by the look of what you are eating. I have that same problem as well. Try an ultimate cleanse, which not only cleans your colon but also your gall bladder and your liver as well. If you do any cleansing you need to make sure to double up on your multivitamins and other supplements like acidopholus, b’s and c’s. hope this will help you.
Raw veggies, soda, and very salty foods make you bloated hun. Instead, try steaming the veggies! Or even BETTER (MY NEW FAV VEGGIE) Edemame!!!!! They are peapod looking veggies you can buy frozen so they keep for a long time (you can find them at costco)
Throw some in a bowl with a tbls. full of water pop them in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and Enjoy!
oooo!
also, the tired feeling may be two things, you may not be getting enough iron or protien, or (like me) you may be allergic to a food, which could also do this….I’m allergic to sulfa……whcih is found in most canned foods…..such as tuna!!!
good luck hun!
