Is what i’m eating ok?

Breakfast: Weetabix + skimmed milk + a banana
Snack: 6 cashew nuts, sultanas and a dried apricot
Lunch: Jacket potato + baked beans + salad
Snack: 2 satsumas
Dinner: Soup or prawn salad.

Do I need to eat less? I’m only losing half a lb a week and it’s frustrating me!
Lol, satsumas are little oranges.

your gonna get fat eating like that you fatass

Very healthy diet!
for your afternoon snack try having some vegetable sticks or more fruit.

What you’re eating looks healthy to me. And losing half a lb a week is good. If you were losing kilos a week, that would be unhealthy.

The only thing I can think of is the excercise part. That diet to me, seems a little low, and doesn’t need any adjusting.

it is a good start but you need your meat, your protein!

Well you’re eating healthy but maybe you should cut out those snacks and you’d lose more.

It sounds like you are eating super healthy! Do not eat less because that can actually cause you to gain weight. You see, if you eat less than you normally do, your body will think it is starving so you will bloat up and everything you do eat, will be turned to fat in order for you to “survive” (because, remember, your body thinks you’re dying). And 1/2 lb a week is very very very good! So, just keep doing what you are doing! You are doing everything the right way! GOOD LUCK!

dude, because ur putting less calories into ur system, your body has slowed down ur metabolism. dieting like that normally end up like crash diets. worse, when u break that way of eating, u’ll have a greater chance of gaining more than u normally would while under a less strict diet. execise is also very imp. cardio atleast 25 min. also, do weight training with lighter weight but more reps. try 20-25 reps and 3 sets with a comfortable set of weights.

you have to exercise a lot…replace the banana with any other fruit…

Actually, that is quite a bit of food. Try cutting the weetabix and the potato…you really don’t need that much in carbohydrates, do you? Call me a dumb American, but what are satsumas? Are they healthy? lol.

that diet is not balanced, it’s way to carb heavy. it lacks protein, fiber and healthy fats. not including dinner that diet is about 90% carbohydrates. consuming a high amount of carbs while trying to decrease the body fat is like using gasoline to put out a fire.
