		<description>The food you ear is quite okay, but it seems you are a bit low on the protein side.  May be you can consider adding some nuts for snacks. About the salad, do you have a lot of leafy greens in it?  If not, maybe you should add more.</description>

first, i have to correct for sunshine
drinking milk does not make you NOT a vegetarian
vegetarians dont eat MEAT
VEGANS dont eat all animal products

what you ate sound a bit too little if you are not trying to lose weight
i think you should add a bit more fat to your diet to be hoenst
strange as it is, we do need some fat in our diet, so making all you eat, slim, fat free, salad, and fiber is not really any more healthy than eating only junk food

what we need is a balanced diet
that means some of everything, in moderation</description>
