Is this a reasonable amount of food?
Breakfast:
2cups whole grain cornflakes
1cup skim milk
5 cashews
1cup pineapple chunks
Lunch:
1 whole grain toast
1can tuna
2% yogurt
1cup cherries
Snack:
1.5cups grapes
Dinner:
2 whole grain toasts with hazelnut butter
2% yogurt
1cup pineapple chunks
I’m 97 pounds 5 feet, was this too many calories for someone my size?

Hun if you’re 97 pounds you don’t have to worry about what you eat.
Anyway that is definetly not too many. I’d say it’s not enough!
That sounds like a fairly reasonable amount of food for one day, but you could probably eat a little more. You might want to add a few more veggies and a little more lean protein. Here is a site that might help you figure it all out and keep a record so that you know you have had enough calories and nutrients.
