Is this a healthy chicken salad i bought at the store. ingredients listed?

sry. It doesn’t have the amount of the ingredients but here are the ingredients in order.
white chicken, salad dressing(soybean oil, water, vinegar, sugar, egg yolk, starch, modified food starch, salt, mustard flour, spice, paprika, natural flavor, dried garlic) celery, sugar, corn syrup, salt, citric acid, carrageenan and spices.
It came in a 1 pound container. Is this a healthy chicken salad about how many calories does it have in 1/4 of a cup of it and a half a cup of it?

anything that has both sugar and corn syrup (especially in a main dish) is not that healthy

again what the person before me said. pretty much anything with corn syrup or even anything modified is not healthy at all. look at the ingredients when u buy food.
look for
no high fructose corn syrup
no modified food starch

the rest seems good :)

I am guessing it is in a creamy dressing? That is one of the worst parts. And the added sugar and cornsyrup to the salad just sounds wrong in so many ways.

It is okay on occasion, but don’t eat it to often. Just google “calories in chicken salad” to get a rough idea.
