Is this a good meal plan for tomorrow?


10 am: oat, sesame, rye, buckwheat, etc. organic cereal with nonfat vanilla yogurt (small bowl)
12pm: fruit and vegetables: diced apple, some grapes, carrots
2pm: tuna on a slice of whole wheat organic bread with some veggies (green beans maybe)
4pm: organic fruit and nut bar (the only ingredients are fruits and nuts)
6pm: 4 organic spring rolls with veggies and a serving of fruit
7pm: small cup of granola with almonds

Yeah if you’re a horse…

yes but make sure your still eating enough that you dont become hungry or under weight its ok every now and then to treat yourself

Tuna on a slice of whole wheat organic bread…..What’s in the tuna? Try this. 1 can of tuna drained. 1 very small onion, diced, A few slivers of green,red peppers, One quarter of 1 stock of celery, diced, 1 baby carrot shreaded. 2 tablespoons of diet mayo, pinch of salt, pepper, 2 leaves of lettuce, shreaded, mix everything in a bowl then spread on your bread. NOW you have a sandwich. Have it with a few wedges of melon. Enjoy. Drink your water to.
