Is there ANYTHING healthy at Mcdonalds?

I went to the Mcdonalds website for their nutrition information and ingredients in their food. Even their “healthy” food is full of crap! Their buns have high fructose corn syrup in them, a food additive I’m avoiding consumption of. Their tortillas for their snack wraps contain vegetable shortening and partially hydrogenated oils, and all of their grilled chicken in prepared in trans fat fill margarine! The only item I could find that lacked trans fat and high fructose corn syrup is the tiny side salad they have there. Is there anything healthy?

No. Try places like the Pita Pit

Water. Oh wait McDonalds probably adds high fructose corn syrup to it too. :P Seriously though it’s very hard to find food without corn syrup unless you go to an all organic grocery store.

If anything, Grilled Chicken. Healthier to cook @ home though.

Not really. Besides the additives, there are also a ton of preservatives. And if it’s not the chemicals, it’s the grease!

Off the top of my head, one thing that might be the least worst is the fruit and walnut salad, but even then, I’m sure it’s packed with preservatives to make sure that the fruit stays fresh.

NOPE!!!! Even the salads are LOADED with sodium…….sucks :(

Take a look around…When I was a kid the little girls had skinny butts. Not anymore! Have you seen these big fat butts?

get the mcChicken with out mayo!

I would guess their salads are good. Without all the dressing on it…
Hmph. Actually I’ve been wondering that it does all look kind’ve fatty and disgusting.
