is there any nutrition values from sesame seeds?



i bought a little spice shaker of sesame seeds. I bought them just so i can eat them out of the canister. just wondering if there’s any nutrition to them?

sesame seeds have some fiber, calcium and iron and of course fat

Sesame seeds have 370J for a 15g serving. They contain a large amount of oil; 86% unsaturated (44% monounsaturated and 42% polyunsaturated). They have vitamin E , magnesium, phosphate and zinc.
