Is there any chewing gum that exists that does not contain ANY kind of artificial sweetener?

I am 3 months pregnant and I have been hearing about alot of really bad things about artificial sweeteners from doctors and their effects on unborn child. I’ve had to give up chewing gum because I looked and looked and couldn’t find any that didn’t contain some form (alot of secret names) of artificial sweetener.
Do they even make any? Please help!

Go to a health food store… youll find xylitol gum or something like that…. has nothing in it that isnt natural. Xylitol is a natural sweetner thats actually healthy for you.
