Is safflower oil not used for cooking toxic?
It’s been asserted recently that it’s bad. I have used it as a smoothie ingredient as a source of omega 6 fat for about the last 5 years. My wife told me her mother saw a report about it being really bad. Should we stop using it or is it ok?
