Is my family’s weekly meals menu healthy?



We’ve got no diseases or weight problems or allergies and are very active: cyclying daily 30 minutes, working in a workshop for 6hours. water is drunk but not mentioned as its something we do anyways, MULLER is a fruit yoghurt, we don’t drink juices.

Monday:
Breakfast and morning snack:
Tea – coffee- milk
Cheese, Picalili, salad baguette – 3 piece fruits
Muller yoghurt – Porridge

Lunch:
Chicken Tikka
Couscous
Salad
1 piece Fruit

Dinner:
Steamed Mackrel Fish
Potato (boiled)

Wednesday
Tea – coffee- milk
Porridge, Hummus, ½
Grape fruit, cucamber, 2 toast
2 fruit – muller, radishes

Lunch:
Potato Gratin (with cheese and chives and milk sauce, in the oven)
Salad

Dinner
Vegetarian Chili(home made, with quorn – a vegetarian mince)
Rice (boiled, home made no salt added or fat)
Tortilla chips, some grated cheese
1 Choc muffin

Thursday
Breakfast:
As before
Chili leftovers,( taken as a snack to work)
1 chocolate muffin, some bread,
1 fruits

Lunch
Tuna Fish Cake (1 boiled potato, tin of tuna in water, breadcrumbs and an egg fried)
Veggies Stir fry in stir fry sauce
muller yoghurt
dinner
1 Jacket potato
sweet corn
Cheese
hummus, radishes

Friday
breakfast
As before, plus ½ Grapefruit
2 Fruit, muller, Tuna, salad, mayo, 2 toast

Lunch
Falafel (home made, fried), Salad, (starter portion)
Couscous,
Chorizo, a can of chickpeas (with raisins, onions and tomato)

dinner:
corn on kernel
Pizza (frozzen, has pepperoni),
oven chips (home made)
Salad
beer for adults

Saturday:
tea, coffee, milk
1/2 grapefruit, green grapes, toast, marmalade, jam, butter,
fried or poached egg ( 1 or 2 each)
grilled 1 tomato for each
grilled mushrooms

Dinner:
a meal out with beer for adults

Sunday:
tea, coffee, milk, a fruit or two
Early sunday roast, usualy chicken with roast potatoes and 2 typed
of steamed vegs.
and thats a typical week! what do u think?

coffee is bad
some days yes, some days no

I would add in more vegetables.

It looks great compared to what I’m doing!
