is it safe to eat peanuts after giving birth?
My friend gave birth 4 days ago and is wondering if it is ok for her to eat peanuts.
She is worried that it may give the baby tummyache as she is breastfeeding.
She is craving dry roasted peanuts and her partner bought her a huge bag but she wants to make sure first.
Thanks in advance.
