is it ok to eat just rice and lentils for 2 weeks?
ive put a deposit on a new apartment and am so short of money till the end of the month….hypotetically, if borrowing is not an option would i be ok with this diet…
i have. fish oil, almonds, walnuts, vitamin supplements, green and red lentils and basmati rice, with various seasoning.
this would just be for 2 weeks.

maybe u could add some top roman noodles to the mix..there only like 10 cents a package…or even some fruit..u can get bananas for 39 cents a pound.
If you eat the nuts every day for protein and the rice for a carb, you should be good. The lentils will be a veggie. Try adding some dairy, like cheese sticks and some fruit, canned or pre-packaged is normally cheap. Also, drink lots of water since you aren’t going to get as much from your diet. As long as you eat several servings of food from each food group a day you should be ok.
This person tried it for a month, and it did wonders!
you’ll survive fine but need some green stuff if you can buy some. the rice and lentils are actually a good combination of amino acids and represent a good meat substitute. the nuts are also good nutrition.
