Is it necessary to grind sesame seeds to obtain the maximum benefit?
I have been taking one-half tablespoon of sesame seeds twice a day for about five months and have reduced my blood pressure. It is better to take sesame oil, ground sesame seeds or whole sesame seeds to obtain maximum benefit? Any suggestion as to the amount would be appreciated.
Thank You.

you cant make a seed to a maximum benefit
You will probably get more benefit if you grind them. In theory, you could accomplish that by chewing them very thoroughly, but a mortar and pestle would be more practical. If you just swallow them, or chew them for the amount of time one would normally chew food, most of it will pass through your digestive tract pretty much unchanged.
