Is flax seed a good replacement for vegetables?
I have opted to eat healthily but I hate vegetables. Does flax seed contain enough of everything fibre etc. to replace your 5 a day vegetables
I haven’t suggested that I wish to become vegetarian. I wanted to know if the nutritional value of flax seed would balance what I lose by not eating vegetables.

What are you, a 5 year old? Just eat your vegetables.
Flax has omega 3 fatty acids and it’s not a veggie. I was able to convert my wife from being a vegetarian to eat at least fish and now im working on meat. If I were you I wouldn’t go erbivore because I don’t find it to be very healthy.People think that being a vegetarian is healthy but it’s not.Anyways………flax it is not a sub for your 5 servings a day.
