Is eating a food from each food group in every meal healthy?
Like this, would this be okay?
Breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled(no oil)
1/2 whole wheat whole grain bagel
1cup pineapple chunks
1cup organic skim milk
Lunch:
MACARONI SOUP
(2cups cooked whole wheat macaroni, 1cup pure tomato juice)
175 gram vanilla yogurt
couple of cashews
Dinner:
1 palm sized skinless boneless chicken breast oven baked
100gram yogurt
1 large salad
(carrots, spinach, tomatoes, olive oil, lemon, sea salt)
1 whole grain cereal bar

I followed a diet like that years ago and found it to be very successful because I literally had no cravings at all. I was getting everything I needed at each meal and that was very satisfying.
I think if you stick with it you will lose weight and feel good too.
