The other plants are ready to plant. How can I get the hull off, without hurting the plant.

I had the hull stuck to some of my tomato plants when they first were growing. I would brush the plant trying to knock the hull off every once in a while. Some came off easily, others needed a little (careful) help but the plant turned out fine.
That won’t hurt anything, just leave it and it will fall off by its self
Mother nature will take care of herself. Leave it alone and it will fall off,
This is quite normal with a lot of seedlings. just leave them and as the leaves grow the husk will be forced off.
