I’m a teenager and I want to know if my eating habits are normal?



I feel like I eat WAY more than average. I’m 65.5″, about 105 lbs (I’ve been skinny all my life and my family is thin), but I feel like I’ve gained a few lbs recently

Here’s what i had today
Breakfast: a bowl of Oatmeal Squares w/ milk
1/8 of a carrot cake
Snack: two boxes of raisins
a granola bar
Lunch: half a bagel sandwich with cream cheese and jam
grapes
a slice of pepperoni pizza
Dinner: pieces of chicken w/ beans, tomatoes, chickpeas
sliced cucumber and tomato
a bowl of white rice
grilled carrots and snow peas w/ tofu
a piece of goat cheese with crackers
After Dinner: (about) 2 cups of popcorn
2 pieces of dark chocolate
Snack: (I felt like eating lol) a slice of bread w/ jam and butter
another 1/8 of the carrot cake
a big piece of naan (long flatbread) with butter

Basically, does anyone else have the same problem of ALWAYS wanting to eat? I’m always in the mood to eat more!

you need more protein, im 5′ 5″ and 115… i eat like a whole pizza, all of school lunch 1-2 burgers protein bar and some snack food (like some chicken and a grilled cheese…yummm) and i still dont feel like i eat enough

I always want to eat!!!!!! My friend is like you, same height but 10 pounds heavier, and she is also thin!!!!!! I am not as fortunate ;( haha I need to lose some weight but it is so hard to not continually eat!!! sounds normal to me! ;)

Wow that is a ton!! Lol I am like never hungry but I ALWAYS eat what is in front of me can’t help it!!! But yeah I gained weight cause of my eating habbits so I joined track and started to eat right you should try it too!!! :) Even if you are natrually skinny it will help you get fit!!!!!

i wish i could eat all that and be skinny!

but i think thats normal, you probably have a fast matabolism

I always want to eat, but unlike you, I’m not at a nice weight. From my opinion, at least.

Healthy meals is apparently six small meals a day, so I’m sure you’re fine. Even if a majority is snacks, it could be considered a small meal, yeah? [;
