To start with, weight loss is determined by the difference between number of calories burned and number of calories consumed. So even if you are eating “healthy” your portion sizes could be too big. If you really want to loose weight, I suggest consuming 200 cals, 5 times a day. Drinking plenty of water, doing at least 30 minutes of cardio, and strength training at least 3 days a week.

Also, you seem to say you’re not overdoing cardio, so I would bet that you are actually probably underdoing it. Overdoing it would be like 4 hours a day.

This seems crazy, but trust me, it’s the most effective way.

Not sure, but if you keep it up you should come with good results

Remember, that as healthy as legumes and nuts are, they are very dense; high in calories, oil, and fat. These natural foods are healthier than fast food of course, but they still contribute to fat gain if consumed in large amounts. With a vegan diet, often protein underconsumption is an issue, so I’m not saying to stray away from nuts and legumes, but to rather eat them in -small- portions. Remember to take everything in moderation, even foods that are often classified as healthy.

I think yuo are an ok weight all girls these days are so worried about there weight…This one girl said that in a book she read the character only weighed 119 lb. and was 29 i think that that is very stupid and be ok with them seleves … yuo are an ok weight and should not be all losing weight
answer- about 6 monthes or a few monthes

First, stop looking at the scale and start looking at the tape measurer. Society teaches us there is an ideal weight. Really, what we should be examining is our body fat. Base your measurements on Body Mass Index, BMI, or ask your doctor or exercise physioligist to take a caliper measurement of your body fat. Either option will give you a better gage of whether you are healthy or not.

You should already see results of fat loss. Whether or not you will “neutralize” depends on your goal and the ratio of energy consumed versus expended. Keep in mind it’s also important to get a realistic measurement of how many calories you intake.

Here are some guidelines of energy calories:

Carbohydrates 1gram=4 calories (1st used by the body)
Protein 1 gram=4 calories (builds/restores muscles after workouts)
Fat 1 gram=9 calories (won’t burn until the carbs are burned off)
Alcohol 1 gram=7 calories

weight 5 to 10 pounds within a month
you will develop muscle so use your clothes to check the changes.
Eliminate soda and juices drink water.

a month!All the best.
