If you make premake your noodles and put some olive oil in a bag with the pasta how long will it keep?
I am taking already cooked noodles to camp and then when i get there warm up the sauce and nuke the noodles while in a plastic bag. I am getting there Saturday and guests are arriving on Tues. should I just make the noodles up there, or would it be safe to make them early????? Help !!! Thanks for your help.

re-heated noodles are never as good – I assume you’ll have access to water at the camp, and you can take along a pot if you’re afraid there won’t be one there – the dish will be much better it you cook the noodles there.
You can do that but if they’re in a zip lock bag you can also run them under hot water to heat,still in the bag of course.
You can make them that far in advance also.
Only about 2 days as long as they stay cold. Don’t let them get warm/cool/warm. Might be better to just boil them there at camp. As coolers always need ice. But 2 days max.
