If any microwave oven with wave stirring/product stirring is available?
The uneven distribution of energy falling on the rotating plate causes uneven heating/roasting of items with low moisture content. It can be compensated by providing electronic stirring of microwaves and physical stirring of the product itself on the rotating table. I am interested in cooking cashew nuts and some oil seeds like Soybean, peanuts, almonds etc.

that is why it turns so you don’t have to stir as much. looks like you should invent a stir thing.
