choose something german. All the names you have above are great. It would really be nice if you had a picture of him. Just pick one you like!
I reckon shannaps or shnitzel.
Definitely Schatzi
how about nau-nau?
I don’t like Wolfgang (VolfGong), as it is overused by people who want their dog to sound tough. I like the cuter names like Franz and Hans, Klaus, or Rolf. Dogs do answer better to names that have a highly pronounced syllable,(or end in “EE”) so any of those said with strong articulation, would be quite easy for him to learn to be his name.
I like Rolf or Oskar
Lutz sounds good,
Max. Have a friend with a schnauzer by this name, and it fits perfectly.
Franz or Oskar
I would favor Klaus, from that list. It fits the season, sounds very dignified, and of course very German.
My own schnauzer is named Ty. I didn’t name him that.
Schatzi is so overused for Schnauzers in my opinion. Moppel might be nice if you let his coat go blown regularly (not a show dog, if so), since it is like Mop.
Congrats on getting such an awesome breed!
I do like Schatzi, but have heard that used alot. If Oskar is pronounced like Oscar than that would be my choice.
Schatzi sounds cute and easy to say
Morgan is a fine name for it.
Hansel is cute
