I read that soy formula for infants can cause Thyroid problems. What other problems can it cause?
I was fed soy formula when I was a baby. What should I get checked for today. I am 24 years old. I like soy milk today and other soy products but not using regularly. What are great alternatives that don’t raise estrogen levels.

This is a very contested topic. The easiest thing to do is get a thyroid screening test called a TSH. It’s a blood test your doctor can do.
