I need help with dinner?



i do not have much but here is what i have:

carrots

ketchup

in the cupard:

sugar
stove top
cake
malt o’ meal
honey
penuts
muffins
jello
flour
brown suger
waffles
marsh mellow
pasta roni
dumplings

soups and pasta:

chow mein
yakisoba
cream of mushroom
baked beans
mushroom gravy
chiken broth
beef broth
sweet corn
spagettie sauce
asparagus spears
chiken noodle soup
cranberry sauce
green beans
wild rice
sweet peas
fettucchine alfreto+ sauce
rice noodles (Pancit Bijon)
Large shell pasta
thin spaghetti
14 piece manicoti skinner

And that is about it

Please i need:
*step by step instructions (1,2,3,4,ect.)
*i would like it to be stove top and oven and microwave
*healthy (i do not mind if you need suger or honey or somthing like that in it though)
*and i need the temprature,time,ect.

Quick Quesadillas
* 2 large flour tortillas
* 1 cup shredded jack cheese
* 1 small bell pepper ( optional)
* 1/4 small onion, peeled and sliced
* Optional- leftover beef or chicken
* 1/4 teaspoon cumin
* 1/4 teaspoon chile powder

Seed the bell pepper and slice into 1/4 inch strips. In a small pan, heat 1 teaspoon of oil over medium heat, and sauté the peppers and onions for 3-4 minutes or until slightly limp. While cooking them, sprinkle on the cumin and chile powder. Place a tortilla on a warm griddle over low heat. Sprinkle on 1/2 of the cheese and all of the peppers and onions. Top with remaining cheese and the other tortilla, and heat for 3 minutes on each side or until cheese is melted. Remove and slice into wedges. Serve with guacamole and sour cream.

Fill a pan of water about halfway, put on the stove on high, and add salt. When it comes to a boil, put a small handful of thin spaghetti noodles in and stir; reduce to med-high. It should cook about 10 mins, taste with a fork to see if it done enough. Turn off the burner.

Drain the pasta and put it back in the pot. Add the spaghetti sauce to the pot, the remaining heat will heat it through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Open the green beans and heat in a non-metal bowl in the microwave, high for about 40 seconds. If you have any salad dressing, that goes very well on them, or a splash of vinegar.

Low-calorie, low-fat, and this should have at least 3 serving of veggies in it counting the sauce.

1 pound spaghetti
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup melted butter

Add:
cheese
cream of mushroom
baked beans
mushroom gravy
and omit what you don’t hae

DIRECTIONS
In a large pot with boiling salted water cook spaghetti pasta until al dente. Drain.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet over low heat saute garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes with olive oil . Cook until garlic turns golden in color, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Toss pasta with garlic mixture and butter or margarine. Serve warm
