I need creativity people! What should I have for dinner tonight? This is what I have at home: ?



Healthy, if possible.
Not ordinary, please (aka, no pasta with tomato sauce)

Proteins:
Chicken breast (not thawed)
Extra firm tofu

Veggies:
Frozen Broccoli (not in the mood for that though)
Frozen Peas
Frozen Peas and Carrots mixed
Frozen Spinach
Canned tomatoes (I think…)

Starches:
Boxed Sweet Potato Mashed
Whole Wheat Capellini

Beans/Legumes:
Beans, beans, and more beans (black, fat free refried, canellini, chic peas, etc.)

Tomato Sauce

1 cup of coconut milk

Skim Milk

Marsala Wine
Yellow Curry Paste

Almost all of the seasonings you’d ever desire

Olive Oil

Mozzarella Cheese
(No flour at home, only whats listed.)
(Tomato soup?)
