cookies!!!!!!!!!!!!
Go to the store and get some…you could use Margerine too.
cheesecake?
You have 2 options -
1 – go to the store & get some butter
2 – make cookies. You can find some recipes online for cookies that don’t need butter.
you could make some brownies…all you need is flour, sugar, baker’s cocoa (not hot chocolate type cocoa), oil, vanilla extract (won’t be ruined if you don’t have any), eggs, baking powder and salt. You can always add in extras like the coconut, or nuts, or chocolate chips. About 1/2 cup of whatever you’d like to add in, just stir it in at the very end of mixing.
meringues or something similar. check this out:
brownies would be good.
In almost any recipe that calls for butter you can substitute a fruit puree for the butter. This is done by many people that want to reduce the fat in their diet. So you can use applesauce, mashed bananas, pumpkin, carrots anything like that rather than butter in most cakes, cookies, quick breads.
So find a recipe you would like and substitute a fruit or veggie of your choice and bake away.
By the way the quantity would be the same for example 1 cup of mashed banana or applesauce would equal 1 cup of butter.
