I have a very bad appetite/kidney disease. Have any simple, healthy, delicious recipes (esp. chicken/beef)?
Unfortunately I’m not allowed to have too many potatoes (due to blood sugar issues) and because of the kidney disease I can’t have a lot of tomatoes, spinach, dairy and beans.
I tend to need meat recipes (I know I’m supposed to cut down but with the hypoglycemia I can’t function without it) and can eat organic chicken and beef.
I heard using a crockpot makes the food taste good?
Thanks for your help!

6. Another thing you can do is cook in a slow cooker or a crock-pot. You put the meat into the crock-pot in the morning and it slowly cooks all day long. The meal is ready at dinner time. Crock-pots can be bought at your grocery store, and at department stores. BE SURE to read the booklet that comes with the crock-pot.
