I germinated a tree seed and it finally broke the seed and started sprouting, what do i do?

I ask because I tried sunflowers and I put the sproutling coming out of the seed into the round and the plant is growing upside down. How do I plant my seed? do I plant it with the sprout pointing towards the sky? or the ground?

Keep the seed moist for a couple of days. Plant in soil with the green part (stem) toward the sky and the white part (roots) under ground. If you see the sprout bending toward the sun that is the stem and plant it with that up. Plant with the seed just below the surface of the soil. Do not pull off the seed (it will fall off or rot once the plant doesn’t need it).
