your not a tub of lard sweetie.

you eat healthty.

don’t worry.

lmao no, cus I eat about 600-800 calories just at breakfast.. lol, you bearly peairced 500…

Nope, sounds healthy to me.

No, shut up, you r not a tub of lard, that was not too much food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your 4’8″ it’s too much but if your 5’5″ or more it sound good.
Your diet isn’t based on nutrition it is based on calories so starvation is eminent and weight gain is a high probability.

Your body can burn up to 2500 calories so if you are eating that much in the morning you should eat less later and try not to eat after 6 o clock

but i wudnt class that as alot considering it is all health:)

Not at all
if your trying to loose weight,eat2 of those and thats it.
But if you want fast results doing that will help tremendasly.
In other words you can still eat a bunch more stuff through out the day. That was only a fourth or third.

Sounds good… but I guess it depends on what you eat the rest of the day and how much you exercise.
Try to stay under 1500 calories… and then work out/exercise/do something two times a week.

But I’d not be worried. Stay healthy… drink water… exercise…

and no, you’re not a tub of lard :-)

Your not fat, thats very healthy eating… 140 is about right for 17.

I think your doing well, and especially applaud you eating plenty of fruits and vegetables and drinking plenty of water (just don’t drink too much, b/c it cause an electrolyte imbalance)

and pay attention to your body, don’t starve yourself!

the weight doesn’t matter, it matters how tall you are too.

Please excuse my suspicious nature, but you only chronicled up to early afternoon. Dare I guess that eating for emotional satisfaction creeps in sometime before midnight? No protein for dinner (get it at breakfast) and a light dinner prevent the sustained high blood sugar from protein plumping your fat cells all night when you don’t need energy. Also 15 minutes of daily jogging, perhaps with small hand weights, will “trim it right off you”, as the exercise source of endorphins replaces the junk food/ overeating/ extra snack source of endorphins. Good Luck. Regards, Larry.

Nahhh.
You’re healthy.
