I drank a little bit of passion tea and I’m 22 weeks pregnant?
and now I read that passion tea is potentially bad b/c the herbs in it cause the uterus to contract?! It has hibiscus and licorice root both herbs that were said to do this. I had this last night. Did any1 else ever drink this kind of herbal tea while pregnant and what happened?

no but thats freaky i would ask your doc
There isnt anything else you can do about it. It isnt horrible, just dont drink it again. Try some other calming teas.
Dont worry, just because u drank once it doesnt mean it will hurt your baby. Normally when u drink tea on a regular basis thats when its harmful. It is not recommended to drink tea but a little once in a while wont hurt. Of course always take these questions to your doctor so you know for sure.
if you do not feel any contractions now you won’t get them. you are out of your 1st trimester so your baby should be fine.
but please keep a close eye on your diet and keep it simple!
I drank is way earlier in the pregnancy once. Nothing happened but then I was told to stay away from it so I did. *shrugs* just avoid it from now on.
