i ate like around 80g of mixed nuts. almonds cashews and something else not sure what its called. is that bad?



well yea everything is in the question. i ate it at class today at school because i dont have lunch today since its friday. i ate around 80g of mixed nuts. almonds cashews and some other nut. its round and has like a dark brown color. can someone list the nurtitional facts because i heard nuts have a lot of fat in them and i feel fatter for some reason. im 14 i weigh 125 pounds. somewhat chubby. thanks guyz please answer fast and 10 points for best answer

Actually, nuts are quite good for you. They make a good snack for dieters. As far as 80g at one time, I don’t know. If you feel full from the nuts, then cut back a little at dinner time and it will all even out.

Healthy fats, but 80g of nuts would be like maybe 470 cals.
