		<description>IT sounds good but if your recovering from anorexia, you should stop obsessing and measuring out things ya know/ just live life how a teenager should! break loose. I just know i wasted alot of my fun teenage years obsessing over these issues. most teens have so much food and dont even think twice about it. really this is the age where anything goes, eat what you want.</description>

		<description>Well done! This is all very healthy, and is great for maintaining your weight. If you do gain weight, however, it will not be lots, or unhealthy, so don&#039;t worry too much. Just try to make sure that you are eating healthy foods and then you won&#039;t have to worry too much about your eating habits.
