How was my diet today?



I’m recovering from anorexia and trying to maintain my weight. This is what i’ve eaten today. Can you tell me if it’s healthy and good for maintaining? thanks xox

Breakfast: Yeovalley Organic Yogurt – Apricot, 30g bite size weetabix and 1 fun size banana.

Snack: Grape snack pack

Lunch: Chicken,Cheese and tomato roll + apple snack pack

Dinner: 55g of pasta, 1 cod fillet, 55g red kidney beans and a small can of chopped tomatoes.

sounds pretty good, but you can eat more fresh fruit and whole grains in between meals for additional calories.

Well done! This is all very healthy, and is great for maintaining your weight. If you do gain weight, however, it will not be lots, or unhealthy, so don’t worry too much. Just try to make sure that you are eating healthy foods and then you won’t have to worry too much about your eating habits.

sounds good,but you can eat more grain,fruit,and vegetables.

IT sounds good but if your recovering from anorexia, you should stop obsessing and measuring out things ya know/ just live life how a teenager should! break loose. I just know i wasted alot of my fun teenage years obsessing over these issues. most teens have so much food and dont even think twice about it. really this is the age where anything goes, eat what you want.

I use many different way to lose my weight, but nothing worked untill I got this amazing way. It works fast and I lost my weight easy after I got right way.
