For 1 quart of water, you put 5 tablespoons of essential oil and the same amount of soap.
do not add any water to your melt & pour soap. if you have a good quality fragrance oil or essential oil you will probably want to use it at 3% up to 6% maximum.
it really does depend on the essential oil, though.
I have read in “relax to the max” by Rosevita warda, it states 6 ounces for 20-25 drops of essential oils.
