How should I store carob chips and yogurt block?
I ordered carob chips and yogurt coating block in bulk from a website online, and it didn’t include storing information. I have tried to contact the company but they have been responding for whatever reason.
How should I store the carob chips and yogurt block? How long do they usually stay good before needing to be tossed?
ETA: the company has *not* been responding

You know, the company should have gotten back with you. That’s just not good customer service.
Both items will keep in the pantry for up to 3 months. Just keep them in their original packaging, or if you use part of them, put the remaining portion into a zip lock bag and squeeze out as much air as you can, then store in the pantry.
