How Much Weight Would i Lose If i?



how much weight would i lose if i only ate fresh, raw fruits and veggies (strawberries, bananas, peaches, oranges, celery, broccoli, carrots, etc) and beans (chickpeas, black beans, and kidney beans)? i’ll also only be drinking water or other calorie-free drinks like crystal light or something. i’ll be taking a multivitamin and a b12 supplement every day too.
as of now, i’m 16 years old, 5’2” and 143.4 pounds.

so how much weight would i lose if i only ate that stuff for a week or two?

oh, and i might add in a glass of soymilk (unsweetened) or a small container of soy yogurt in the morning. just to get some protein and calcium and stuff

I tried out everything to lose weight, and nothing worked until I tried out acai berry.
