How much light does a corn plant need?
I have an indoor corn plant, not the kind that actually produces corn, but the kind with long green leaves. I just repotted it and am rooting two of the stalks. I just need to know how much light it needs, a lot, a little, or somewhere in between.

direct sun is not necessary. day light is good enough. i have a lot of them. they are hardy plants and will grow quite high if you support them well. i have one almost 6 foot, we are hockey fans so we use hockey sticks for support. good luck
As much as it can get. Corn likes to thinks its the only plant growing. Although it will grow in partial sunlight the best ears will develop the more light it gets.
