How much energy does it take the body to digest Peas and is it different from Beans?
if you eat Peas you burn over a 1000 calories but if you eat beans you only burn around 125 is this ture.

this is ridiculous. Of course it depends on how much of them you eat, but there is no way that an identical portion would give a 1000 to 125 ratio of calories.
peas, raw: 1 cup: 117 calories
beans, lima, raw: 1 cup : 176 calories.
A calorie is a calorie. It is a unit of energy. It doesn’t matter where you get it from, you end up burning it in the same way. OK, well, if you’re eating peas while climbing mount everest, *maybe* you can burn 1000 calories that way.
Off topic: beans have more protein and fibre in them than peas, so you might find that you feel more ‘full’ when you eat them.
High fiber things use up more calories, but both peas and beans are high fiber. Both peas and beans are also fairly high calorie. Pretty much, they are interchangeable for nutritional purposes. Either one should be eaten with a whole grain- brown rice, rye or wheat bread, tortilla, or the like.
