How much corn to add to corn muffins?
I bought a box of corn muffin mix and I want to add some corn. Should I add regular corn or creamed corn? Also, how much should I add? I want there to be enough in there that you can taste the corn, but not so much that it overpowers the muffins. What do you think?

Are you sure that you can? I’ve never heard of that before. Sorry, but it sounds kind of gross. You might want to look it up on some of the cooking sites, allrecipes.com, supercookcom, etc.
Sorry I couldn’t be more help!
For one cup of cornmeal add 1/2 cup drained CANNED corn. I also like to add a small (tiny) can of finely chopped jalapeno peppers.
