How long will a cottage cheese-cheese cake be good in a sealed bag in the fridge?
For topping I melted some chocolate – added cream and heated it. Cream doesn’t go bad if it has been heated and mixed with chocolate, does it? There’s also cream in the cottage cheese – It baked in the oven for an hour – 180 C (356 F). Will the cake be good until next week?

If thats how it is supposed to be made then it should be eaten within about 3-4 days.
no eat it in a few days
I’m not a good cook,but I think if it’s been cooked it will not be preserved.
