How long is soy milk good for after it’s been opened?
I bought and opened Silk Light Soy Milk (vanilla flavor) 3 weeks ago. The expiration date is 10/3/09. It seems to smell and taste OK. Can I still drink it after it’s been opened for 3 weeks?

its not expired yet so it should be fine.
I think they say two weeks, it should be on the carton how long it’s okay for, but I usually add more time to what they say. I think you can drink it and you’ll be fine.
