How long can you keep yogurt mixed with fruit in the frig?
I bought a big thing of vanilla flavored yogurt and a pack of strawberries. I do this to blend it together and give to my 14 mo old. Is it really better that way?
If I mix all the strawberries and yogurt together, how long can I keep it in the frig without the strawberries in it going bad? Or will they? Or any fresh fruit for that matter?

if you’re just eating it as a snack, it’ll probably last as long as the yogurt does,, if it starts looking and smelling funny, then toss it out.
But if you want the benefits from yogurt, you would have to use it within a few days, or as soon as possible. The bacteria cultures in the yogurt that are good for your digestive system won’t live very long so the sooner the better. Also unsweetened yogurt might be a more healthier option if you’re eating it with fresh fruit mixed in, the fruit will make it sweet in a healthier way, as opposed to vanilla pre-processed high fructose corn syrup.
Usually a week. If it smells weird or looks watery, throw it out.
